We love the fall in the Ardigo home! We love to decorate (labor day) for the fall, participate in fallish activities (wineries, pumpkin patch, etc.) and we love fall food (anything pumpkin inspired)! Krysta's favorite decoration is the glittered pumpkin inspired by Martha Stewart. Ryan is not a huge fan of the glittered pumpkin because the glitter gets all over the house!

A great recipe for a cool fall evening... My Grandma's Spinach Lasagna! We made a tray last night and leftovers are even better!
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Jar (32 oz) spaghetti sauce
1/2 package Lasagna noodles (8oz) uncooked
1 cup water
1 cup water
Directions
Thaw and drain spinach. In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, the egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper. In greased (Pam is a healthier alternative) 13x9x2 bakin dish, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 cup noodles and half the cheese mixture. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles then remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Pour 1 cup water around the edges of the baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
