Kennedy decided that she wanted to come a little early so on Saturday, September 27th at 5:47pm she was born in PA! We are so excited for Quinn and Dave and we can't wait to meet their beautiful daughter Kennedy Louise!

VT vs. Nebraska

On Saturday, the PWCVT Alumni Association gathered at Glory Days in Manassas to watch the Hokes battle Nebraska. Glory Days offered Hokie specials and we had a great turnout! The Hokies beat Nebraska 35-30 - it was a great game to watch!

Visiting VT with Lindsey

On September 20, Krysta went to visit VT with her Cousin's Lindsey and Christine. Lindsey is currently a junior in high school and wants to be an architect. The number 1 architecture school in the nation just happens to be VT! We had a great time touring campus, eating in West End, visiting Haley (Quinn's sister), visiting the Delta Gamma house, walking around downtown and ofcourse eating at Macados with our friend Greg Fansler.

Quinn's Baby Shower

On Sunday, September 7th I hosted a baby shower for Quinn and baby Kennedy at our home. We had a wonderful time playing baby shower games, opening gifts, enjoying brunch and most of all hanging out with our best friends. Kennedy will be the first baby in our friend group and will certainly be spoiled by all of her "Aunts".

While the girls showered Quinn and baby Kennedy, Ryan planned a golf outing for Dave and the husbands. They had a great time golfing the day away!

We are so looking forward to meeting Kennedy in about a month!!!

Virginia Tech Alumni Association Officers Forum Weekend

We have gotten very involved in the Prince William County VT Alumni Association by becoming 2 of the 7 officers. We both really enjoy volunteering for our university! On September 4 - 6, 2008 we attended the annual chapter officers forum in Blacksburg and the first home game of the season.

Wasted Away Again in Margaritaville...

The Jimmy Buffett concert is one of the most fun days every year. This year he performed at Nissan Pavilion on Saturday and Labor Day Monday. We definitely enjoyed having Buffett play on a "weekend". We all got tickets to the Labor Day performance and pregamed at the our home. We broke out the "Bushwacker" a famous drink from St. Thomas at 10am and things continued to get rowdy from then on.

We love Buffett concerts and can't wait until next year!
